Access Security

I have a Access workgroup running and I need to clear out the
security on a particular database. It is tru that the security
information is stored in the same database and not the .mdw
database? I looked through the system and hidden tables and
thats what it appears to be. I need to know how to remove
security on a table that the previous DBA had set? I don't have
the permissions to change the security because of this issue. :cry:

I think you will need the password of the admin account on your db. I think there are some apps out there that can crack an access db's password but I dont know of any off hand.

I thought about that too. I looked at the password field, but its
an encrypted OLE object. If there are utilities out there then
there must be a way to do it.
