Main menu in VB.net

The Main and Context menus in Visual Basic.Net are great for generating menus. The problem is the menu always appears at the top left of a form.

I am trying to have a form with Logo and other info on the top with the menu below this.
Any ideas will be gratefully received.

That is your problem, you are trying to deviate from standard UI that has been developed over many years. If you really want to do this, then you are going to have to do some work to extend the existing one, or build your own.
