I updated, no problems here as well as my entire school a few months ago.
When it was first rolled out, it had some bugs but they got them pretty much worked out.
Hmmm....I have the English version on this laptop. And didn't install any of the other SPs first....just right to. SP4. It really sucks....
BTW I have Win2K Pro
Which is what I did about a week agoQuote:

/me recommends Gentoo :D
That reminds me, I ****ed up my install of Gentoo using a bunch of masked emerges and the new Kernel. I should get back to re-installing it, lol.
Have no idea....I tryed to install it. And didn't need the old WinMe partition so I made the RedHat installation delete it and make Linux partitions in stead. After it had formated my hard drive and was about to install it. It said that my computer was not compatibel with that distribution of RedHat. So I ended up with installing RedHat 7.3.....still have it running. Using Lilo as my boot loader.....
You must be a one off, i've installed it on many computers, the only issue i've had with it, is is you install it on a Windows 2000 Server domain controller, it always reverts to Windows 2000 policies for some reason, this is quite annoying, but atleast all the Windows XP settings are still going through  shouldn't be a too big issue anyway, we're upgrading to Windows Server 2003 soon anyway. But that's the only issue i've come across, and it's a PITA!!
Maybe it's the norwegian version, so it has no idea what it's doing.
I got SP 4, Win 2K Pro. Didn't delete diddlysquat.
