edit: From what I read on MS.com, that seems correct, but they refer to it as "embedded computing". Which makes me wonder why they didn't call it EC?

Not since last spring, new job. Working with Access 97 & 2K, FilePro, and will have to learn vb.net. I think I read on devbuzz that it didn't have an official meaning.
now that you mention that, I think you may be right. I think I read that somewhere too. What's with you not keeping us updated at FD? ;)
