Oh, and writing programs to be used on iPaqs is still classified as "programming for iPaq", last time i checked :p.
There's no definite article there...
If you create a vb project or vc++ project, add a few modules, forms etc and stick some code in just for appearance sake... now save them and look at the files that are saved, look at them all using notepad or whatnot and you will understand a bit more of what is going on... really, its a silly idea just as easy to use the SDK which you will probaly require anyway to compile.
