MDIChild Form resize

I have developed an MDI Interface application in VB .Net. Whenever I load a MDIChild form (with fixed border), it gets resized automatically. All the MDIChild forms loaded, are changed to same size.

Can anyone tell me why this happens?

It is the default behaviour of an MDI application. The only way I know of to fix the problem is to call the Form.Move method in the Form_Load event (at least in VB6).
