drag and drop shortcuts

Hi im trying to make a sidebar that people can drap and drop shortcuts onto it
and it will display the shortcuts icon and when clicked take them to where it should do

eg:
someone drags the IE icon on to it
it would display the IE icon on the bar and when clicked take them there

I hope you all understand what i mean

To give you a complete answer is hard because i dont know what kind of toolbar you use. The only thing i can show is how to handle drag&drop.

Set a textbox properties to: Dragmode=Manual and put this code on your form.
