How Do I Implement A For Loop?

A very basic question. Can someone please give me a basic example of a for loop. Thanks in advance

for i = 1 to 30
MsgBox("Loop" & i)
next

i is the count of the loop, and 30 means it will loop 30 times.

For i=1, 5

yeah that just results in a syntax error
