ASP.NET Debugging Proglem

hi,
I have Windows XP Pro installed in my Toshiba Satallite 1405 Laptop. I installed IIS 5.0 that ships with Windows XP Pro. Also i have Visual Studio.NET 2002 Professional Edition.
Now i am writing ASP or ASP.NET applications & press F5, The message appears that i cant debug the Applications.
Why is it so? What change i have to make or what software i have to Download to do so.
