need help desperatly!!! AppBar

I downloaded this sample from planet source code

I exited the program and now I have a big blue space above all my windows!

I dont want this blue space and i would like to know how to get rid of it, either through code or manually doing it!!!!

try rebooting windows..the code may be hogging resourses

I downloaded the code, virus checked it, ran it..closed it..no problem to record...must be your system resources.

but I saw a little "thing" in there that used SetRect

I just SetRect 0,0,0,0 and its gone now....
