change appearance of Commondialog

Hi!

How do i change the appearance of the commondialog? like adding a button with the text "My button", changing the size of the commondialog or adding a preview-picture-box...

i also would like to know

If' you are going to be making radical changes, like adding buttons and controls, it would be much easier to design your own custom Dialog within your app and use that instead of having to Subclass the CommonDialogbox Control and then having to handle alot of things you wouldn't normally deal with.
