More Buttons!!!

OK on the title bar picture below:

can we put like AIM,MSN,Yahoo,ICQ buttons down their? There would be a definite space issue but its an idea. I have seen other forums with them. And it's good if you wanna speak directly to a person.

I thought those were displayed...
I know at one point they were.

I just looked and didn't find any setting to turn them on, so it is going to take a little digging.
