phone dialer control

I'm looking for a telephone dialer control for VB>Net.

There is currently no telephone dialer to actually interface as if you were talking on a regular phone, a.k.a voice chat w/o the Internet. I remember one control that was shipped with VB 6 but I can't exactly remember what it was. If I remember I will throw you the update :)

If you happen to remember I'd appreciate it -I'll just write it in VB6.
