Need help, rundll commands and for loops

I need to perform a rundll printUI command for every line in a text file. I have two questions.

#1 - I cannot figure out the syntax for the For Each loop for every line of a text file

#2 - Is there any way to pass a rundll command to windows without having the program write it to a batch file and executing it?
