Databases

When I hit refresh on my page which has data loaded into it from a database, it always come up with the "the page cannot be refreshed without resending the information........" msgbox.

Is there anyway around this????

I am using ADODB.Connection and a ADODB.Recordset instead of a dataset etc. if that were to make any difference at all.

Any ideas would be great.

Normally u get that message when u loaded the page with POST verb (sumbit, postback, ...)
