Changing contents with HTTP module

Hi Everyone

I got one prob. I want to change the contents of my ASPX file. I read about the HTTP module and it works ... but I cant get the physical text back and change it.

For example

If the aspx writes "Hello" on to the client, I want to catch it and change it to "Goeden Dag!".
