Uploading file to server with ASP

Hi,

I've just written an ASP application that allows users to attach a file to a request that they submit via an HTML page (similar to addding an attachment to a web based email).

This work, but it's so slow that it's basically unusable.

Does anyone know any way that I can get better performance without having to install any components onto the users PC?

with out using a compoinent you have to suffer with it.. change the time out value if it times out before you can upload anything
