what do you expect? someone to just offer you a job with that kind of info? Go downtown and get a job in a local store
I shouldve posted more.
I'm not asking any of you for a job, I am asking for ideas of successful jobs you had that you think i might like.
Well, when I was your age, I raised dogs. It's quite profitable. It's amazing what people will pay for a puppy! However, if that's not your forte'(I didn't really like it, but it bought my first car.), you could try window washing or janitorial positions. Though, honestly I doubt that many people would hire a 14 yr old as a janitor. No offence, but many people don't trust people with the keys to their building, and they may think you're too young. Trust me, people still think I'm 17!! That's really annoying, and not good for business.(I'm STILL a janitor...)
You could always try the cleche' stuff, lawn mowing, paper delivery, etc. I have done both, and paper delivery isn't too bad.
I wish you the best, and I hope you have better sucess with finding a computer-related job than I have so far.
Yeah, don't think you're going to find much in the way of computer jobs at that age. Just get a sunday job like most other 14 year olds. Be is washing cars, paper round. Not going to be 'successful' as such though.
When I was 14 I had a job as a Kennel attendant, 52 kennels to clean 3 days a week. Yea, that was fun. I have about 10 scars from dog bites and I have a high tolerance for bad stinches.
I worked in a groomery as a dog bather & brusher after that til I was 18. Now I don't even have dogs myself. Or any animals for that matter.
Just my little bit there.
When I was 14 I didn't have a job, I just sat in front of the TV and mentally molested Jaqueline Smith of Charlies Angels!
I didnt get a job till i was 18 :D :D
Well, being as he's fourteen, I think it would be better to have a legally responsible person handle that much money. Let's see, I nominate.....ME!! Yeah, just send that money my way, I'll take care of it. :D
Since we get to go back to when we were 14... I mowed lawns for my friends parents lawn service business for 7 dollars a day.... that was hard work for such little pay.
17 and just finished my first job, cashier at the local pharmacy.... what fun
All the local stores here said that there isn't enough buisness to be able to hire someone... :(
I bagged groceries between 14 and 15, was a janitor for a month when I was 16, but quickly quit. I started working at a movie theatre when I was 17, and am still there now that I'm a month away from 20.
Good luck finding that great money maker.
golf caddy makes lots of cash, because something like tips aren't taxable for caddy's or something odd like that....they make hella cash
im 14 and i havent got a job.
only job i can think of that u can get at 14 here is card taker at the pool, which actually pays $8 an hour, but...
thats hard to get.
when i turn 15 i can be a lifegaurd.

Heh. I'm 16. I haven't had a job yet rather than writing *small* applications to help small businesses (automated ping to test server uptime, stuff to that extent). I'm thinking of going in and working at the local computer store, maybe they'll hire me seeing as I know a fookin' lot more than most of the employees there
Though I won't let them know that :D
Morrow put up the good point of a lifeguard, I have my Bronze Cross (Star? Medallion? I forget, but I got my 2nd out of the three ca. 2 years ago). I wonder how that pays :D
Lifeguarding is the ultimate job for a teenager. When I was 16 (a year after I had masterbated myself into oblivion over Jaclyn Smith) I was a lifeguard at a local water park in Kansas City called Oceans of Fun....Those 2 summers were probably the most fun I had had before I turned 21. Sitting there catchin' some rays, checkin' out the babes and gettin' paid...you just can't beat a lifeguard job as a teenager.
Yeah that would be the ultimate :)
That's a summer job, and I'll work at the shop for a winter job :D DONE!
Muahahaha.. get ready for massive amounts of cash...
Good idea; sell drugsQuote:
