redistributing XML 3.0

I've searched and searched, including this forum and have not found a definite answer on redistributing XML 3.0.
I've noticed that it is included in MDAC 2.7 which has been included in our shipments for some time now, so I was wondering if that covers it. If not, what steps or even what clues can somebody give me as to how to go about this?

I suppose you mean the MSXML 3.0, the Microsoft XML parser object?

For there is no XML 3.0...

Yes, you're correct. I'm sorry, but I made the assumption that the parser object is what is meant by that.
There seem to be too many scenarios whether from Microsoft or other sources that there is not one clear one which covers most bases on installations.
