I need some help guys! I have a prob I cant figure out.

I am assuming I have a virus, or something of the sort, on my work computer. In addition to being sent the sobig virus (I think) via email in attatch files with the cheezy subject lines like "check this out" etc., I keep getting returned mail, as if someone is sending mail using my email address, with responses referring to the sobig virus etc. saying that my attatchment had it etc.

I havent ever opened an one of those attatchments, nor have I sent one. The emails are being returned and sent supposably to people Ive never heard of. In addition, I keep getting a message box throughout the day telling me that misc programs (all it shows is C\Programs and stuff like that, never shows the whole name) wanting approval to change my internet security settings.

I use norton 2003 and the windows firewall. I have never had a virus and am clean as of today's virus definitions. I have used an online virus scanner as well as the Cleaner today, nothing to be found.

Any advice?

Its happening to us aswell. Don't worry about it - its very easy to spoof the source e-mail address of an e-mail. There's no problems with your system :)

When will it stop? It's getting on my nerves. :mad:
