A young man’s plea

Hey everyone,

I am truly sorry that I am doing this although I know that it is inappropriate. Sometimes, things must be done when you’re in need of help and people might reach out to you and help. This is one of those moments for me. I’m sorry if I am breaking any rules and please tell me if I am so that I remove my post.

I have created a site that is currently 90% complete. If you would like to check it out, it’s at http://friendtree.no-ip.com . I know that the graphics are poor but they’re just temporary while I make some nice ones. However, I have worked hard through coding it in PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. Right now, it lies on a cheap house computer with a simpatico “high-speed”. Unfortunately, I only have a free sub-domain as you can clearly tell. As I tried to sign up for affiliates, they quickly rejected the site because its loading time was slow and the domain name is free. Being 15 years of age, I do not have the money, credit card, or method of obtaining such a hosting account or domain name. How can I make money if I don't have money? Therefore, this is a plea to all my fellow site creators who have had some success and can spare a couple of dollars by donating a little cash to my PayPal account. Even the smallest donation can make a big difference and I thank all of you who even took the time to read my post. I will be sure to inform you when the amount reaches $20 (the cost of a simple hosting account and the cheapest domain name available).

You should either put this in general pc section and more likely to put it in CHIT CHAT section. This section is for VB related questions.

Im no rich man, but i will give yousome money. I was in the same situatuion, my parents would never support me because they dont understand anything computer related and think im just a kid playing on his computer all the time:rolleyes: when i was really learning programming and design. I'll spare the kid some money. it seems like a good cause and every1 has to start somewhere. Look for 3 bucks in your account kido. Its not much, but its all i have in my account right now :( . If you can create websites then find someone willing to pay you for your services, or other ways to Earn money.
