Creating a Bootable CD

Would like to make a bootable CD that will boot from any OS.

ANY EASY WAY -- IF SO, details please

I doubt you can have a bootable cd for all OS . You can do one for NTFS and the other one for FAT32 OS. Nero and most of cd-burning software can do that .

OS is irrelevant to a bootable CD :confused:

It either boots or it doesn't.
