Menus? Mouse-Movement? For me, the two don't mix-!

I don't know how to sense a mousemovement on a menu. I tried this:

But...then I realized that menus don't have hWnds!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

This is where Subclassing comes into use. Vb-World has a downloadable example on doing that.
