"Help->Contents and Index" window

Hello.

Does somebody know how to add to my application a help window like in every proffessional program (for example, click on the menu of your Internet Explorer: Help->Contents and Index)

There are really two questions that you might be asking:

1. How do I create help files?
2. How do I link my help files (I've already created) to my VB app?
