ensure you set all objects to nothing after the report is viewed
you need to let us know exactly what you are trying to do, and what version of CR you are using for us to be able to provide accurate helpQuote:

If you are using Crystal Reports 8.5 on 2000/XP then you should install the Crystal Reports 8.5 Service Pack because I've seen problems when these two applications get together...
Go the www.crystaldecisions.com, click on Support, and I think the Service Packs are available from a drop-down list.
