Convert to .ico

Hi all,

Is this possible to convert a .bmp or .jpg file to an icon file. If not, how can I design an icon for my application ??

Yes possible . I assume you'll need photoshop to resize the image to ( 8x8 or 16x16 ..etc) then save it to ico .

I am unable to fine save as .ico in photoshop.

I am using MicroAngelo but there is another one called Axilias Icons or something like that.
