outlook

I have a question about outlook.
im using outlook 2000
and from my VB program i have a form with an outlook icon on it

when i click the icon
it activates and opens outlook.

from there im in my own outlook accout.

i like to view the calendar and make changes....
i think i remember that there a way for you to share a folder in outlook
for other users to view...

or a net folder can i create that will automaticall open that calendar in
the net folder for all views to view, and edit....

can this be done in outlook?
