Cannot Opening a Crystal report from File menu after upgrade. Can you Help by trying

As I am trying VS 2003 after upgrade I am encountering some issues which are not present in VS 2002.

If I open a report from Files --> Open --> File --> anyfile.rpt this will load in the Crystal REport Designer but I cannot edit the report file or any other report file even if it is in the project. The only solution will be to close VS and restart.

This was possible in VS 2002, do I have anything wrong or it is not possible anymore in VS 2003.
