Try This
Hi Sleepy Cat,
Welcome to VB-World!
Did you have MSDN installed and then perform an upgrade to Windows 2000. If so, then something went wrong in the upgrade and you may just need to uninstall it and reinstall it again. I guess, for whatever reason it's not working, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
Hopefully that will work.

Sure Thing
Hi,
Sure thing. I do prefer Jazz as to Rock n' Roll, but ocassionally if a song from the past comes up on the radio, I'll listen to it. I've gotten away from Rock in recent years and listen to Jazz now.
About Windows,
Yeah, that's the nature of the beast, I guess. I installed Win2k on my machine at home and it ran rock solid for as long as I had it. Sadly, I felt Win2k was using much to many resources that my computer could give it, so I formatted the Hard Drive and reinstalled 95. Boy what a difference that makes! The computer just screams right along now (Cyrix 200 MMX, 60megs of Ram). It boots into Windows in about 10 to 15 seconds, even after I installed all of my apps. Fast and stable. Pretty impressive I think.
Decide which OS you want, format your drive, and go for it!
Glad to be of help.
JazzBass
Added in Edit:
I was just thinking, did you install MSDN on both OS's. I mean, did you install it on Win98 and Win2k. On any dual boot system, you need to install apps on both OSs
