Well you can use zeros :D. j/k but I think its an OS thing. You have to have themes enabled for it to work.

No, I meant for it to be enabled at the OS level, meaning you have to have WinXP for it to work.
i have xp, but i want to be able to make my textboxes have the circles in them, but i dont know how to do that....is there a special character that i can put in?
Like DevGrp said , use zero and change your textbox font to bold . It's nice .
Depending on the font u have to use character (Tahoma) U+2022 or U+25CF

that will give you the black circles
