Word macro VB/VBS table issue

I'd like to programatically identify which cell of a table my cursor is in at the push of a button within word.

I'm trying to use the object browser within the VB environment within word to identify exactly to what part of the Word object model I need to refer to get the RowIndex and ColumnIndex values.

Please help.
