What would be the easiest way to remove 'My Network Places' from the desktop?
I have no network and thus no Network Places and it would be nice to have one less Icon on my desktop.
Thanks in advance. :)

On 2k/XP
Display Properties, Desktop, Customize Desktop
And on 98/ME?
On 98/ME you go and stick in a 2k/XP cd, reboot, and reformat. :p
Acutally I dunno if it can be done on 98, but ME I vaguely remember that it can...in a manner which I have forgotten.
If you're willing to buy me a copy of 2k, I'll glady try this. :)Quote:

On the desktop of WinME, it's labeled "My Network Places", but the NoNetHood worked...so...yeah. :confused:Quote:

Thanks, again!
WinME likes to think it's new, but it's old.
