RentACoder Group

Hello, I'm very interested in starting a "RentACoder" group. The web site www.rentacoder.com offers a link between software developers and buyers. I wanted to establish a group of developers to divide up the work load of projects to get them done more efficently and be able to do more jobs for more clients. Pay depends on the type of job and what it entails (Its a bidding website). If you are interested, it's still just an idea, I haven't taken many steps to get it started, but if you would like to be a part send me a little bit about what you know and I'll get back to you.
