hey guys is there any available program can be used to call a telephone no. without long distance charge ? (pc to tel.)

can we use netmeeting?

is in the US... how about for other places? (anywere u want)

I don't know if there is any such program (so you can call anywhere in the world). If I come across one, I will let you know.
