generic database using VBA

I'm making a program which can make a user input, edit or delete car information (such manufacturer, plate number) etc. I know how to do this using data control in vb6. However, VBA does not have data control like in vb6. Do you have suggestions on what i can do? thanks

Yeah. Remember that bound controls are evil. Not just because DataControl isnt available in VBA. In VBA, the data you are working with will usually be in the MS Office application you are using for VBA.

For the controls on a UserForm, you might want to look at the ControlSource Property. There are some other MS Components available in VBA for dealing with data. Obviously the best way to deal with this is to cose your own updates to the database via ADO (or DAO or whatever).
