Package and Deployment

Can someone please point me to a decent source of info on packaging and deploying an application in VS.net. It's driving me nuts.

I want to deploy not just my code but also a bunch of other files/databases e.t.c.

HELP ????

The files are no big trick, but by databases do you mean SQL Server databases, or local file databases?
