i need to use this component in VB to use some web-service. but i dont find it on my comp.(not appearing in Project-->Add references) i have windows 2000 advnced server SP3. also have .Net framework installed.
any body any ideas.

sorry for that stupid qs.! u need to install the Soap Toolkit 3.0
