User interface?

Did anybody have screenshots some application with good user interfase? Or some links ...
I have problems with forms with many controls (how to organize controls).

It's easy to find some tutorials, quides ... but I want to see concrete examples of good user intreface. I think it's impossible that anybody didn't see or have that examples.

I usually use Microsoft Word (especially the Tools\Options section) as a reference.

Well... UI is determined by the application itself . So Internet app would be completely different in design , controls order , colors ..etc than education ones for example .
