How to configure Keyboard arrow keys?

I have a ListBox in my program.

I want to to let user navigate through the ListBox's items by pressing the keyboard arrow up down keys.
Pressing the arrow up will make the highlight move upwards.
and pressing the arrow down will make the highlight move downwards.
(I guess you know what I mean :))

How can this be done?

You shouldn't have to do anything at all - the list-oriented controls all have basic keyboard control built into them. Hit up arrow and selector moves up, etc.
