I think you'll have to be a bit more specific than that to get an answer. How to use it? You use it as a database for storing data.

What do you want to do with it (specifically)?

Are you familiar with other databases (i.e Access)?

The question is too wide ! anways , it's a lot similar to OLEDB object used for Access db rather you need to use Sqldb object .
