Two Questions

I have two questions:
1) How to chang the datasource of fields at run-time ? [Please, if you can send a snippet of code that do this.]
2)How to refresh the report data also at run-time? the first time i call the report the data it displayied was correct , but the second time , it displayes the same data, i had to close the hole application to refresh the data : but its is crazy.
