Damage 100% [solved]

OK, I was in KaZaA and decided to search my computer for media and other files so i did. It loaded the files into KaZaA folder and so I decided that I didn't want them there so I deleted them all out of the folder from inside the program and I thought that just removed them from the Kazaa shared folder but it deleted them off my computer. I tried SystemRestore but I don't have any restore dates at all except for 1 minute ago :rolleyes: Is there anything else I can do to get the files back? I tried re-installing some of the programs but it didn't work. Thanks
