I'm not trying to be an ass, although I was, but if I get 1700 hits on this forum alone with "icons"...
Is is asking too much for people to at least put forth a modicum of effort before posting? This isn't some bizarre question where wording can skew the results.
Don't try to be a wise guy - there is nothing wrong with not knowing where to look for something. That's why we usually ask other people.
I've been searching google a half day before I posted here. With a little hope I also try Briantcva's link to the search, like google it din't help.

Mr. Genius i found so many link about icon but they are most exactly used for web application not desktop application. I also found several Icon software like IconCool to easily create, convert
image to icon. Icon Gallery provided about 2500 icons for free.
If you like microangelo maybe you would like iconCool.
