Easy Very But i am confused

Hey in vb 6 you could go frmWhatever.show and it brings up another the frmWhatever how do you do this in vb net.
this is the first program i have done with two forms

how about do you know where the icon editor that comes with VB.NEt is located ?

I dont know where its stored, but if you double click the icon from within VS.NET it will come up.
