Datagrid Paging

I have a datagrid that has a button column (for deleting records). I would like to add simple paging to the datagrid but I haven't been able to figure out how to do this (paging works when I exclude the button column). When I tried to set up paging, with the button column, the original page works fine, but when I click Next an error occurs.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
