Login Question.

Hi Guys,

I am stuck it's actually a simple problem I am sure. I am new to webdesign and need a little assistance,

I am creating a login page.

Name:
Pass:

all it does it take the value of name and the value of password
and spit it out as follows

ftp://name:[email protected] in to a blank webpage to attempt to connect to the ftp client. thanks..

I started using dreamweaver and I named the boxes ect.. but since I normaly use VB I am a little confused.. what language should I use todo a simple method..

How do I code this Javascript? cgi?? I am lost can someone tell me.. thanks
