I need a *decent* program to read a .QIC file

I have a backup file created in Windows 98, a .qic one. So far, any program I use to read it crashes, so somewhere the file is partially broken I think.

What I need, is either a program that is actually *stable*, or any information on the specs for this file format.

It doesn't mention anything about .qic files, and doesn't seem to be able to even think about reading it :confused:

I'll try some of their other products...
