Windows CE Help - Sound Level

Hello,

Currently my problem is that I'm trying to play a sound on a windows ce device, my sound is being loaded up through a web application in Microsoft C# .NET, for some reason the Internet Explorer plays the sound at 1/2 the audible capacity it can when the page is remote. When the sound is loaded onto the device locally it plays at a much higher level.

The sound level is imperative for the task I'm trying to accomplish, if I load the sound off of a local web page it will work fine, but not through a remote page, I really need help as the remote page is dynamic and is an interface for our database.

Any suggestions or help for this problem would definately be helpful!
