John this is probably easy....but

....if you are no longer interested in recieving email posts regarding replies to a thread, how do you turn the option off???????

Ok so l don't want to turn the feature off for all posts, but only for posts that have been answered or are becoming boring. So what you are saying is switch it off on any submit and you will never hear from the thread again????
