How do I UPLOAD a file?

hi guys,
I wanna know please, how to upload the file, e.g. "TEST.TXT" to my homepage located at "www.geocities.com/blah" with VB.
p.s: I wanna do it with the Inet control set to icHTTP.
how do I do that?
PLEASE give me a piece of code.

(with the Inet control set to icHTTP, I know only how to download a file.)

I dont wanna use uploading into an FTP.
